| Description: |
Loco and Riot are leaders of two rival gangs Los Locos and La 213 in the inner hood of Los Angeles. When Loco s little brother decides to step into the territory of La 213 all hell will break loose and in no time both rival gangs will face each other in a bloody confrontation.
