The Wiggle Me This event runs until March 8. It's a six-star quest set in the Coral Highlands, and it requires a Hunter rank of 11 or higher to accept. Rather than having to slay a specific monster, the object of this mission is to deliver 10 Wigglers, the slender, worm-like creatures you can find protruding from the ground in the Highlands.

Wiggle Me This: how to get Wiggler Ticket items to craft the Wiggler Head Helmet gear
Monster Hunter World Wigglers are one of many small creatures you can find and capture in the game. Wigglers are native only to the Coral Highlands, and are useful for the Wiggler Capture bounty as well as a time-limited event, Wiggle Me This , helping you unlock the Wiggler Head helmet. It should also be worth noting, when the right time limited event quests roll around, it's possible to craft some Wiggler Head Layered Armour out of it, keeping your armour stats as well as the appearance, giving you an extra excuse to find Wiggler Tickets. The quest is fairly simple and easy to complete, requiring only that the player catch 10 Wigglers in the Coral Highlands. All players need to do is equip their net, stay crouched, and fire it at a Wiggler to catch it. Keep exploring in the same general area and wait for the Wigglers to pop back up. After completing the quest, players will earn the usual rewards of monster parts as well as Wiggler Tickets. Sometimes the quest will reward multiple Wiggler Tickets, while others it will just give one. So the quest may need to be repeated because players will need 3 to claim the true reward. With 3 Wiggler Tickets in hand as well as some other basic monster parts , players can head to the Smithy and craft the Wiggler Helm. At the very least the Wiggler Helm can be upgraded to increase its defense. On top of that, the Wiggler Helm comes with the Wide Range skill, which is very useful for those players running a support build like the Mushroomancer.
